Shin Yeh Again

So I went to Shin Yeh again last night and made sure my first favourable impression was not a fluke. Excellent attentive service (including some very good advice about how much food to order) was matched by dishes including sweet and sour prawn, braised pork knuckle and fried cuttlefish. Once again I chickened out (pun intended) of eating the chicken testicles. I think they really need a more appetising picture of that dish on the menu.
