Brian Rosen, Taxi

If you are looking for a cab in San Francisco you could do much worse than get picked up by Brian Rosen. Brian has an encyclopedic knowledge of SF eateries and great taste (we agreed that Range is one of Frisco's best.)

And when he's not giving advice to fairs on their way to dinner, Brian is industriously promoting his brother's partner's biscotti business. I picked some up from Village Market at the Ferry Building. Nice, a bit softer than some and better for it.

Hey Brian, this is Bill Wise - the erstwhile happy warrior from the bowels of Luxor Dispatch. I still follow the business, if you can call it that.. and I laughed like the days of old when I saw you ask the MTA commissioners if the were all on the same drug. Very perspicacious question!
I once told you you'd get your medallion - glad to see that you finally getting the chance - and sorry that it came this way.

      Best of luck to you,
      Bill
