Sometimes on this trip, just ordering regular portions, I still feel like Adam from Man vs. Food. I have no idea how many eggs go into the omelette at Tableau, Wynn's premier breakfast place, but once it's also been stuffed with asparagus, peppers, ham and cheese it's a monster. And you'd need to be a monster to finish it.
So, did I need the side of bacon? Clearly not, though it was as delicious as I'd heard. The downside? There are plenty of places you could eat dinner for less than the price of breakfast at Tableau. The upside? You'll save the price of lunch!
