It's fun to compare between the two big rivals of the world best restaurant list making scene, with San Pellegrino going up against Elite Traveller. While neither has the cachet of Michelin they do what Michelin doesn't - put restaurants from different countries up against each other. So, how many have you been to? I'm at a rather paltry three on the Elite list (Nobu Met, Cinc Sentits, Hibiscus) but that's better than the sad two I've been to from the San Pellegrino list (Manresa and again Hibiscus). However I do have dinner at the Fat Duck coming up soon which is on both lists! ; )
