So far I've been to:
2. The Fat Duck, Bray, Berkshire
6. Pollen Street Social, London
7. Hibiscus, London
8. The Square, London
9. The Ledbury, London
And what's more I'd agree with the order. Almost. I think The Ledbury and The Square position should be reversed.
But do I agree with the list? Ok. I can't judge the places I've not been to but IMHO Heston's Dinner is a better restaurant than the 7, 8 or 9 choices and on par with Pollen Street Social. I'd say it should be at number 7, but mostly because Pollen Street beat it as an experience rather than for food (the dessert bar trumps nitrogen ice cream IMHO).
