Kate's Beef Bowl

Last night Kate made udon - with prawns for herself and teriyaki beef for me. She looked at the Wagamama cookbook for a bit... then decided she could do better and came up with a recipe that I hope she's keeping safe... super yummy. [romantic sigh.] A side dish of tofu in chili sauce was rather natty too.

    Inch or so of fresh grated ginger
    half an onion
    clove or 2 of garlic
    1 carrot
    1 courgette
    1 red pepper

    Stir fry above

    Vegetable Stock

    Udon Noodles
    1 large packet of beansprouts
    A pack of Tofu

    1 Hot chilli
    Rice Wine Vinegar
    Soy Sauce
