I've read about Korean tacos a few times on US websites and found the idea intriguing - but they simply don't exist in the UK or Korea. So I was super excited to come across the generically branded van where I picked up a bolgogi soft taco of juicy beef topped with kimchi for just $3.50. Super. The street food scene in Vancouver is totally rocking me - first Japadog, then Feastro (Mexican, see below) yesterday and Korean Taco today.
