There's no getting away from the fact that Top of Vancouver would be overpriced if it were just judged on the food. Japanese Pumpkin soup was fine, and a 16oz rib steak was pretty good too, though garnished with rather meh potato and carrot. But Top is about the view, which is spectacular - and enjoyed as the restaurant leisurely rotates over the course of about an hour. So yeah, it's worth a trip but unlikely to become your favorite restaurant I expect.
